Is there a way to run a custom firmware on old 3ds version 10.5.0-30 U? Emunand or Sysnand? What custom firmware could I run?

CFW was patched on 9.3.0 and downgrading was patched on 10.4, so no.

You can downgrade by first performing a hardmod and injecting something from 10.3, then doing a software downgrade from 10.3 to 9.2. If you don't have experience soldering, and you live in the US, @hundshamer can do the whole process for you for a fee. I think it's @gamesquest in the UK (spelling?)
