For US N3DS users, you can launch microSD app with this badge. More convenient than going through system settings.
You can rename it,

i didn't draw them, thought that was obvious sorry! maybe i should put up a disclaimer i'm just converting pics to a badge friendly format

did find that though.

edit: looks like there's more of these around. from pokemon shuffle i think. i'l start on that once i finish the DBZ ones. can't promise all of the eeveelutions though.

General information : The badge case has a limit of a thousand badges. trying to put more on will not work. when putting badges on your SD card to use with GYTB keep in mind that one 4x4 badge is actually 16 badges. one 3x3 is 9 badges. one 2x2 is 4 badges.
Also all badges require the version of GYTB that allows automatic badge splitting.

I made a few modeled after, iOS System Settings, Instagram, Itunes, Nintendo Network ID, and Ubuntu Software Center just for the hell of it. They open up System Settings, Camera, Sound, NNID Settings, and Nintendo eShop respectively (on US you may have to change titleID if on eur or jpn)
