Homebrew Curious about netflix

Hey I have a modded new 3ds and was curious if the Netflix app is safe to download and use. If not which is best way to set up? Download for freeshop??? Thanks people for your help and opinions.

I just figured that if I have a modded 3ds that using the regular shop might get me banned if I connect to servers???? Lol stupid thought but curious if anyone knew

You can safely go online with a modded 3DS. All you can't do is pirate games before they come out or cheat online.

from someone who's used it , some titles will just "Stop" or go Mute. Netflix knows but has admitted they're really not updating the 3DS app anymore , that if the DRM Scheme changes the 3DS app wont work at all at that point either, your much better off getting a Cheap smartphone because you get less than 480p playback on any content on the 3DS on the netflix App.
