As far as I know nothing uses the n3ds mode 7 which allows the use of 178MB, as opposed to only 124MB. Note that mode 7 will disable the browser and other stuff just like mode 3 does on the o3ds.
Sorry, i misread that, i thought you meant mode 3

Can you give an example of mode-7 games? I'm really curious about that:wtf:

There are none, but it is possible to set APPMEMTYPE to 7 in which case you can use 178MB of RAM on the n3ds. See here on 3dbrew. At the moment there isn't even homebrew that uses it, perhaps if the n64 emulator project ever gets picked up again that might take advantage of it. Or perhaps Dosbox or some other Retroarch emulators could.

Wouldn't being able to force n3ds extended memory mode (mode 7) help with that? Of course that would probably require making a mode 7 version of NTR.
No, it would not help as the crashing on Home button issue only occurs on o3DS's.

I can't seem to add cheats to the cheat list for Zelda a Link between worlds (saw a few cheats on gamehacking.org I wanted to add including invincibility and skip the Lost Woods puzzle) Though when I accessed the cheat menu in game the cheats I added didn't appear with the rest.

I added a How To add Cheats Using CTRPF AR On 3DS HERE
