Hacking CTRNAND FIRM Problem

HELP: Update my New 3DS via SysUpdater to 11.7 and when restarting it gives me the following message: Failed to get the CTRNAND FIRM. Press any button to shutdown

If you have no nand backup you can try 9.2 CTR nand transfer? Why you did the sysupdater to 11.7 and not directly update to 11.8?
