So apparently I'm supposed to post Ctr themes here and I'm not allowed to put them anywhere else, god forbid. Also leaving a matching Luma Splash screen to go with it.

Okay, so after much, much, much editing, I finally have a splash screen that I want. The splash screen for launching Luma was fine and dandy, but I wanted background images for CtrBootmanager.
