Nah nah, the clean version is up. He explained why there was a RAT. Wasn't really meant to be seen by anyone else, but there are people out there that just refresh the hell out of pages.

Ryan never had CTR SDK, but some other people (cough) got their hands on it and were involved in leaking it. Ryan rehosted it on his pastebin because he's a loser whose only relevance is taking what other people have.

Who's pastebin was that (gotta report em all)
Boy, aren't you a faggot, and I don't usually use that term. You are literally trying to prevent a developer's true potential. And yeah, I know someone's gonna come along with "b-b-b-but open source alternatives". Piss on that. If Nintendo allowed the community to use their SDK without a license, think of what could be achieved. I just hope that one of these days gaming companies realize that homebrew is a smart marketing decision, and no, not like Microsoft and their shitty attempt.

Thanks Wikipedia. Like you're a fucking saint anyway. Your signature is plastered with "I'M IN A 1337 3DS MODDING TEAM", which is breaking the law as well if you didn't know. Just because you pay for the system doesn't mean you own it. You are paying for the privilege to use the system according to the end user license agreement. It doesn't give you the right to do whatever you want with it. You agree to a legally binding contract that states you will abide to all rules and regulations set by the manufacturer of the product. This means that modding the system breaches that contract, and is therefore illegal.

Isnt Ryan the equivalent of giovanify and palantine and many others ?

Is that Project Spark? But yeah, it was mostly a slap to the face for gamers, especially with their E3 announcement.
XBLIG is a thing for xbox 360, never used project spark, so i dunno what that was like, XBLIG means Xbox Live Indie Games.

Sounds more like you're upset others got the SDK without paying for it.

I think you can register as a developer to get the tools without too much hassle, it was only 5 min to register and everything is there for free

just go to the developers page and register an account you get everything you need from nintendo directly
