Hacking ctr-httpwn alternative

i'm on firmware 11.6 with cfw (luma 9.0 with b9s)
and don't really wanna update to 11.8 cause of the crack down on piracy
since i have a few games from freeshop and ciangel installed

but i still want to be able to get online

is there any alternative to httpwn that i could use?
or is my only option to update and hope i don't get banned?

thats not how it works they made changes serverside to kill off freeshop and the like and it only affects downloading through them, you are fine

so like even if i play my pirated games online, i'll be fine?
last i heard they were implementing the ticket verification like the switch has

they did serverside thats why freeshop is dead (on the 3ds the check only happens at the time of download)

The change to the CDN isn't only firm-side, is also server-side as wormdood said.
There aren't any risk of updatin', there aren't any games losing as a lot of people thought, and haven't been reported any bans since the update came out. Just don't cheat online and don't play games before release and you will be fine.
