Homebrew CTGP Revolution Update Freeze (1.03.1084)

I went to chadsoft to download the CTGP Revolution for Homebrew Channel. I can launch the CTGP channel. When it asks me to install CTGP Revolution, I just click yes (Selecting No will put you at the Home Menu) and wait for it to download and install. However, when it comes to the third, it just freezes at 25.92% when installing.

I've already tried re-downloading the files and using another SD card (the original one is 32GB SDHC, the current one is 2GB SD) but that does not work. Restarting did not fix that. I waited for an hour and nothing happened. Any idea?

Edit: I installed the WAD manually and the update is still stuck but at a different point.

After some comparison. I think the update that was stuck installing is v1.03.1086-2 (I compared them by file size). When installing the update, it freezes exactly at 25.92% every time.

This reply just provides more details, but not a solution.

I've seen other people have this exact issue, but I don't think anyone's found a solution (besides waiting for the updates to be included in the main download) yet.

It also happens to me. 25.92% too.

I don't understand and I just wanna play

MrBean just released an update included in the new main download, you should be able to play on this at least until the next update comes out, who knows when that'll be.
