I came across this post on twitter, and people seem to think that it could be an integral part of how Retail Disc passwords could be decrypted?

Maybe I've understood this wrong, but that would be a huge step, would it not?

It's certainly a very interesting time to be a PS4 owner, with more and more secrets coming out so frequently now.
