Ok, I've searched sources I must said it is damn good piece of code. This revision r2 is different than know Zelda's version because I found some interesting addons that "probably" Crediar tested another games and probably after compiling code games like Pokemon Chanel, Kirby Air Ride, Chibi-Robo, Super Smash Bros Melee, Mario Kart, Double Dash, Mario Sunshine. This is simple examination of this source https://code.google.com/p/nintendont/source/browse/trunk/kernel/Patch.c
I think the Wind Waker version was Alpha v0.1 and this is Beta v0.1

I've tested loader same as structure on google code page x:\apps\nintendont\data\kernel.bin <-here x:\apps\nintendont\boot.dol <-here Also I've created xml file and icon. Nintendo show up, tried up to boot it up it started and stoped at screen with prompt about AHBProt that should be disabled. I have 1.1.0 Homebrew Chanell so I think that AHB should be implemented right? Or it is fault of DIOS-MIOS installed on my Wii? I do not know... any sugestions? If anyybody have some sort of idea what else could be wrong I am ready to test ideas :)

I've tested also possibility of boot Nintendont loader via Wiiflow's file explorer and it returned DSI error...
You don't need the kernel.bin file on your SD card.
You miss the meta.xml file to remove the AHB protection. (in your meta.xml you need this tag <ahb_access/>).
Just use the same meta.xml provided in the alpha release, or use another loader to boot Nintendont. USBLoaderGX and Wiiflow are compatible.

Beta is older than alpha.
He started with beta tests, but before releasing a public beta he decided to call new builds alpha.

Yeah, and I don't know if he changed anything in the sources since Zelda build.
I'll have to check if there are different compatibility.

Edit: ah, I remember he said he added extracted format (fst) compatibility after he released Zelda build. I don't know if it's included in r4, but you can test with USBLoaderGX. It will warn the user that it's extracted but allows game launching anyway (I thought I would allow it for future testing).
Maybe it will require editing the patch.c to allow cheat codes etc. (it was disabled in Zelda build)
