Hi I installed an nsp today and it is corrupted apparently, I don't have a ticket for that game and I think that is the reason. Is there anyway to fix or get a fake ticket.

The tickets don't matter with CFW because it ignores them.
You can't generate a valid ticket as that would allow you to install games on your Switch that would be indistinguishable from legally purchased games.

Usually it's just a bad dump and downloading it again or from another sources fixes it.
CFW also doesn't care about the minimum firmware version requirements afaik.

Cfw does care bout the minimum. It all depends on what sdk the game was developed for (same with updates) for example diablo 3, minimum it requires is 5.x, but with update it requires 7.x. you would have seen a lot of talk bout it back when sx os was still being used

not how that works. if the contents are encrypted using title key then a ticket is required containing the correct title key to decrypt the contents. this is especially true with valid signed nsp from clean eshop copies

it's possible to convert games into a format that doesn't require a ticket, because title key encryption isn't used. usually xci converted to nsp are in that format, but this breaks signatures (obviously) and not every nsp you will find online will be like that

one problem that can happen with some pirated nsp you will find online is that the original uploaders fucked up when making fake tickets, and instead of putting the master key version at 0x145, they put it at 0x146, in the properties bitfield. it didn't matter for a long time, master key version in the wrong byte didn't cause any functional problems. but 10 and higher (corresponding to master key 16/FW 17) at 0x146 in the ticket gives it a special property where the ticket is temporary and is deleted after a shutdown/restart

I have no idea who tf the scene group responsible for this mistake is, but they've never corrected it as far as I could tell, so you'll have nsp online that have this bad property in the ticket. the games will install and run fine as far as you can tell, and then suddenly not work anymore later and you have no idea why

without knowing what files op actually used (and don't tell us, we dont want to know) it's hard to know exactly what the problem is. "not having a ticket" isn't necessarily a problem, and if temporary ticket was a problem then generating a valid one to put in its place is completely trivial (then you install the ticket with dbi or something and restore functionality)

I think the more likely problem for op though is that they downloaded a converted nsp (from xci), they don't have proper signature patches for fs/loader, so the switch says the game is corrupted

Really? My xci or nsp never work. It either says redownload it's corrupted, or doesn't show at all.
