I just realized that I created EmuNAND after installing two xci games from sdcard. Is this safe? or do I have to restore my NAND and do everything again?

Well it's not really a clean nand backup if you loaded up any homebrew.

By the way, you dont install xci's. You just run them from the SD. Nothing gets installed to your system when you play and xci except for telemetry data maybe

Thank you for the info. I am only running sx os without loading anything homebrew related. I have a clean NAND backup before even booting sx os. Will it be safe to connect to internet and upgrade CFW? Or do I need to restore my NAND backup and start over?
Is my ofw still clean after running sx os?
