Hacking Created Amiibo tag seemingly not working

I made a backup of my Wolf Link Amiibo, and used a 100% save file for TPHD to try and make it spawn a 20 heart Wolf Link in my BOTW.
I used one of THESE tags.

In TPHD Wolf Link is Fully leveled up.

Only problem is that even when I registered my tag to the save file, it still spawns a 3 heart Wolf Link in BOTW.

Is the tags not compatible with these features?

SOLVED

Used the "Restore Tag" option in TagMo with "Allow restore to different tag" enabled on it. Used a 20 heart Wolf Link .bin for the restore.

Wolflink is not leveled up in BOTW you have to do it in Twilight Princess so a 100% BOTW save won't get you the 20 hearts for your wolf.

well it's supposed to be leveled up. WolfLink have 20 hearts in TPHD, but not in BOTW.

Sorry, I saw my error now.

I used a 100 save file for TPHD, not BOTW.

So in TPHD, Wolf Link is Fully leveled up. But when spawning him in BOTW, he only has 3 hearts.

Well if its showing in Twilight but not BOTW, i'm not sure what to suggest. The tags you used look OK though.
