Although its not needed ATM as the twilight hack is still functional, i wondered what the odds were of taking advantage of the internet channel (opera) to cause a crash and execute code... as often as browser exploits are found i imagine there is a good hack there... anyone played with this idea at all? Maybe its one of the other methods Twiizers have in reserve.
And where is everyone the board is dead quiet tonight.

there was already an exploit useing youtube and a special video, it worked on the wii, but nothing ever came to light with it. so i dont think they will ever use the internet channel

i forgot all about the video exploit on it. Well another pointless topic.

Just a question, could this exploit be used in the same manner as the twilight hack to install hbc?
It would be useful to those who dont have zelda, or if a new version comes out and stops the hack completely...

I remember the Internet Channel was one of the first targets that people were trying to hack, before the Zelda hack, but noone managed to get it to crash in a useful way.

Oh twiizers are sitting on a few more exploits, but yes until twilight is killed for good they wont see the light of day
