Hacking Question Crash nitro fueled local multiplayer

Hi guys, I've notice on CNF the only way you can play local multiplayer is on a split screen and if you wish to play on your own screen with friends you need to play online.

Is there a mod/method out there that can allow us to play local multiplayer but on our own screens without needing to connect online ? I hope that makes sense
