Homebrew Crash at boot (boot9strap)

Why did you install TWL_FIRM in the first place ? (just wanna know), it can be two things :
- Luma already have the patches needed for your 3DS
- svcBreak means that one "service" cannot be started and sent an error.

because dsiware's weren't working also twlauncher didn't work

Doing SELECT and then Load emuNAND you cannot launch it ? Try by disabling your ARM11 exception handlers.

i can't load emunand anymore lol
That's what the loader.cxi is for. It should allow you to get back into emuNAND so you can apply the fix.
Okay, try by following this troubleshoot fix : https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/FAQ-and-troubleshooting

from "I have a black screen at boot" and begin at 2).
If it doesn't work, reinstall the TWL_FIRMs. using the same thing.

EDIT: Nevermind, your error is at "pm" and not at "loader"
It might still be relevant, that page is rather outdated (it still has links to the GitHub Plailect guide and mentions A9LH), so it wouldn't surprise me if his error is related to the same problem and the page just needs updating.

Disable the "ARM11" option. Same svcbreak error ?
let me check

Disable the "ARM11" option. Same svcbreak error ?

As I've saw on the Luma3DS wiki, svcBreak is also related to NATIVE_FIRM.
if I disable the exception handler, i get a black screen and if i press the power off button it shows the boot off option and then i pressed the home button and now it's stuck saying home

oh S^^T

I entered the sysnand

If it's possible, yes. And when you can, I'll recommend switching from emuNAND to sysNAND. Same things, but better ^^

lol yes, should I recover emunand from a backup?

btw i accessed it with external firm enabled (i have loader.cxi)

Damn, so it's related to the emuNAND or the NATIVE_FIRM.
