Hardware Cover Downloader?

Hi,

i asked myself if a automatic cover downloader for the PC exist.

I have no wlan and every time i need to download all covers manually.

So does anyone know a tool, which downloads all covers i need automatically?

wbfs manager can download covers. but only when you have the game on your hdd. tschüs(Its german for bye)

The usb loaders can download the covers too if you have WiFi
