Any idea how I add cover art?

Thanks

What do you want? You want that your WBFS-Manager shows your the Covers? Well, maybe it isn't capable of that?

If you want that your Loader on the Wii shows the Covers, you can download them from wiitdb.com, and place them in the directory the Loader wants them.

How do I find out where to put the cover art?

Would it be on the SD card the loader is on or would it be on the HDD where the games are on?

Anyone help me?? Im using "CFG" on my SD card and using "WBFS for MacOS X" to add games to my HDD.

I am a MacOSX fanatic hence I cannot leave you alone...

"WBFS for MacOS X" saves the covers in the Mac HD hence they are not useful for loaders...

This is the cover collection I have in my SD

For Configurable USB Loader I have the config.txt file placed in the following spoiler...

CODE# USBLoader config
# lines starting with # are comments
# see README-CFG.txt for help on options

# theme
theme = BlueMatrix

# gui
gui = start
gui_transition = fade
gui_style = flow
gui_rows = 2

# device
device = usb

# covers
covers_path_2d = sd:/images/2d
covers_path_3d = sd:/images/3d
covers_path_disc = sd:/images/disc
covers_path_full = sd:/images/full

Thanks for the help, just downloading the file now.

One question, do I need to name the image to exactly the title of the game to get the loader to recognise it?

The covers in the various formats (2D, 3D, Disc, Full) are already good for being copied in the SD

The .png file must have as a name the corresponding GameId ...

For example, Animal Crossing (PAL version) has RUUP01 as GameId hence its covers must be named RUUP01.png

Just download the cfg version 50 from here

Unzip the file and you'll get the official distribution of CFG...

inside the folder there is another one named "inSDRoot", inside that folder there is another folder named "usb-loader".

Open "usb-loader" and copy everything but config.txt in the "usb-loader" folder placed on the root of your SD

You'll get the themes in this way.... they are in the folder "themes"....

My config is set at same as yours I think and the files were properly copied to the route of the SD card.

# USBLoader config
# lines starting with # are comments
# see README-CFG.txt for help on options

# theme
theme = BlueMatrix

# gui
gui = start
gui_transition = fade
gui_style = flow
gui_rows = 2

# device
device = usb

# covers
covers_path_2d = sd:/images/2d
covers_path_3d = sd:/images/3d
covers_path_disc = sd:/images/disc
covers_path_full = sd:/images/full

What a strange, which version of Configurable do you have? please check that you have the latest stable version installed, that is the 50c...

You can download it from here...

Get the file cfg50c.dol, rename it as boot.dol and place it into the cfg folder inside the apps folder on the root of the SD (I do not know how you named the cfg folder in your SD)
