ROM Hack Couple of quick questions

Im sorry if it has been asked before, but I have a number of quick questions:

1) Is there a translation for monster rancher?
2) Does anyone have any working action replay codes for Digimon World Dusk?
3) How do I display the graphics from the digimon games properly in Crystal Tile 2?

Now with regards to question 2, Im looking specifically for the 999% scan data, 1 level up per battle, and something to give a bonus to all species xp, but preferably not maxing it out, something like +1000 per battle, each.

1- I'm pretty sure there's not. Just use the search function and check for yourself.
2- Go to Narin's cheat thread, or simply download the cheat file from cheats.gbatemp.net
They should have codes for that game in there.
