Are PS3 online still working? Is it all fan made like wii wiimmfi or are official servers still available? How active is the ps3 online community?

How do I play PSN games on CFW? It says I need the license from the PS store.

How do I play PSP games on CFW?

I'm using Cex 4.81 w/ Cobra.

You need to have the PKG file for the PSN game & the .RAP file. Install the pkg file normally and activate the .rap file with ReactPSN.
I would suggest you the program "psnstuff".

And no clue about PSP games.
