Hacking Could you help me update CIOS for perhaps the last time?

My friend asked me to update his Wii, which he said he stopped playing back when "New super mario bros wii had problems", which I found out is more of a patch for the game rather than a Wii update. But anyway, since I have both Wiis here right now, could anyone tell me what I'd need to upgrade the Wii for the last time?

I'm on waninkoko's cios 249, my friends wii is on rev 15.
