Laggyblade Chrololonicleles has more appeal, better voicing, and guaranteed to take forever to beat. Perfect way to spend a Saturday

Yes, it "could" be done, with caveats.

Things that would prevent having it work simply:

• Game using more memory than available on the O3DS
• Game performing hardware check or requiring CSTICK
• Game performing hardware check or requiring LZ/RZ
• Game performing hardware check or requiring NFC
• etc.

Can it be done using some sort of emulator and/or hardmod (hardmod to add additional inputs)?

Sure, but it'd be a ton of work, and you'd still have significantly lower performance....
