Could we do the same thing with SNES that we do with GBA?

I'm just curious, since the GBA can run beautifully on the 3DS, but to my understanding, the GBA is more powerful than the SNES.

What I mean by my question is how the GBA "VC" works. It loses everything to run the way it does. Could we make an injector that does its job the same way the GBA does?

No, the 3ds does not have SNES hardware, it only has GBA hardware
