ok so I wanted to play on battle spot on pokemon moon and I couldn't connect to the internet cause I needed an update so I went into e-shop to download an update and it failed so returned to the home menu and bam all my cias games were gone i am on Luma CFW 11.2.035u SYSNAND

What do you see if you go to System Settings -> Data Management -> 3DS software? Are the games greyed out with an X? If so, reinstall their tickets using tikShop (can get it from the TitleDB feature of FBI). If any don't get installed then you'll need to reinstall their cias (FBI will throw an error any them already being installed, then when you go to your home menu they should reappear)
