Homebrew Corrupted .nes roms

I have a few classic nes roms that for one reason or another have all become corrupted, is there any way to repair them?
I tried running nestoy and goodnes but neither one was able to fix my problem.

Any help or suggestions are very welcomed and appreciated!

More likely the easier way is to just get the good versions again, I'm afraid that's the best solution
