Google is your friend there. The only real hint I can give is you can usually find help from pastebin posts. Or you can probably find it on that one site that must not be named.

Since it's basically Nintendo's own code, we can't link it (due to warez) but if you google: "3ds Slot0x11Key96.bin", First link (it'll be a blogspot link) and you'll find a Mega link for it (you'll need to CTRL + F to find it).

Alternatively, you may be able to find it on that 3DS site or pastebin.
