Hacking Copy video files (mp4, avi) to HDD?

I am giving my old xbox360 with a bunch of games to my uncle, he doesnt have internet. The xbox360 has a 500gb internal HDD and it is not modded in anyway. Is it possible to transfer video files (mp4, avi, etc) to the internal HDD? what is that modding tool Horizon? Does that work for transferring video files?? thanks

Not that I know unfortunately.
You can supply a USB drive with lots of avi films but in all honesty, a tablet would do better.
Or even a Raspi.
