Hardware Copy and paste sd card

Hello. I was wondering if I can copy and paste the (hacked CFW) contents from a 3ds sd card into a new sd card and use it on a different 3ds?

If anyone dose t understand the question or wants more details please ask

CFW itself and homebrew programs (in 3dsx/bin/dat/firm formats) can, installed titles (the "Nintendo 3DS" folder) can't unless the other console has the same SD encryption key (movable.sed) AND tickets installed for said titles

What would by t having the correct key do? And I haven’t bought anything on the eshop yet ...
Is there a way for me to do what I originally asked about?

If the target 3DS is also hacked you could replace the movable.sed although when I did this it caused a lot of problems. I don't recommend doing so.

What is even in the 3ds folder and what are the titles? Are those purchased games?

Can I just copy and paste the hack parts and skip the official 3ds folder? And paste it into the sd card that the different 3ds uses? So I won’t have to re hack it. What would I loose in doing this

Your games, saves, maybe other things I haven't thought of. Also, your new 3DS won't be hacked just by moving the files to its SD card.
