Homebrew Cool Homebrew Apps

I just got homebrew, and since my system is on n3DS 10.6.031u and I cant downgrade I am stuck with only homebrew (from what im told). Anyways, is there any cool homebrew apps that you would recommend. I have pkhex on my pc for pokemon which is the whole reason I got homebrew. I have zelda OOT, majoras mask, Pokemon; XY & ORAS, Mario Kart 7, Super smash bros 3d, mario and luigi dream team and thats it I believe. What are some cool apps, and if you recommend one, please explain what it is and why you think its cool.

you can downgrade by getting a hardmod, you can use a save manager like svdt or jk's manager.

Download BrewMan, it's a homebrew browser, so it allows you to download things without the need of a pc

Those aren't roms, they're Homebrew games. They'll work without being on 9.2.
