Hacking Converting Saves - M3 Real to AK2i

Ok, I'm having an issue with converting saves from my M3 Real to my new AK2i

Well, really I'm having an issue with my Zelda Spirit Tracks save.

I have the patched SAV file that you have to use or your saves all get deleted, and when I try to convert it, it just doesn't work.

ShunyWeb is broken, it gives me an error about upload failed.

I tried the DS Save Tools 1.1.6 program and it converted everything else but the Zelda save, it gave me some error in chinese that I can't read.

Any help would be appreciated, I would prefer not to have to finish Zelda on the M3.

I should probably just start over, being as this is taking more time than starting over would but I would like to fix this.
