I have few games that I started on PC (Hotline Miami 1&2, Darkest Dungeon) that I want to play on Vita as well, but with progress I already made on PC. I saw threads where it is possible for P4G, and to convert Darkest Dungeon vita save into PC (but not vice versa), so my question is is it even possible to convert PC save for Vita? or unique solution is needed for every game?

Yes,unique solution is needed for every game! You need to take a console save and the same save from a PC. Compare their structures in a hex editor (find similarities and differences).

Yeah as botik mentioned you'd have to take a look at a save file for each and see where they differ and go from there. Some games are easy like P4G but others will be trickier. Was there a specific game you wanted to try this with?

There is, I wanted to try it with Darkest Dungeon. I played it on PC and and wanted to continue with my save on Vita. As for taking look at structure with hex editor, I'm not familiar with those tools, maybe I will try to learn about it later

If you attach a copy of both a PC and a Vita save I can take a quick look for you

I made a save editor for Sonic & Knuckles Collection (PC) once. Unexpectedly, the format was way differnt than on Genesis. But wih games these days being opened up & bloated with their Unity, etc, fair chance that the raw data may be portable.
