I understand you can use certain tools to convert DLC to different regions, but I'm sure there has to be more to it and it can't be that simple?

For example, if one game has 5 separate region CUSA ID's, am I able to take all DLC from one of them and convert it to the other 4 one at a time? (assuming I have the base game for each of them)
Do languages, extra data, ect need to be taken into consideration?

I feel like this is almost too easy. There has to be a catch or something I'm overlooking?

I think it depends on the game. I don't think dlc requires this, but for a game and its patch, you'd have to change the npbind.dat in a hex editor to the new cusa, as well as change the cusa in the param.sfo, which you can open with the ps4 sfo editor for easy access. I changed my sfo editor from the ps3 to the ps4 permanently, because the ps3 scene can go suck it. :P

I haven't come across anything regarding the npbind.dat. With the AIO tools, however, it seems to edit the param.sfo correctly (from what I can tell). Everything seems correct.
Guess I was just looking for clarification before installing & testing,

I've never messed with dlc. It shouldn't have an npbind.dat though as i was comparing between regions. The npbind.dat is related to trophies.
