I have a 1TB external USB HDD that I converted 500GB to WBFS and have used WBFS manager to manage all of my games for about a year now. I have been reading lately that there are now MUCH better ways to manage all of my games. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me what the best way to take what I already have and convert it to Fat 32 and what programs I could use to manage it on A Windows PC.

Thanks in advance!

The other 500GB is just miscellaneous storage. MP3's movies and stuff.

One of the things I like about WBFS manager is that it compresses the games which saves a ton of space. Does Wii Backup Manager do the same? Also, how would I move everything from the WBFS to the Fat 32 partition?

WBFS is NOT compressed, it's simply removing the unneeded space! Use Wii backup manager to move from wbfs to fat32, it will convert the files to .wbfs files.
