Hacking Convert PSP-PSX Save File to Android FPSE?

This may be the completely wrong place to ask this, so if it is I'm sorry....

I've been playing through FFIX on the PSP and am somewhere in Disc3. I wanted to start playing the game on my phone from where I saved.

Is it possible to convert the save from the PSP to something that FPSE for Android will read?
