I would never ever suggest anybody uses rmvb unless they have a device that truly requires it and the DSTWO and co are far more versatile.
Anyhow if it is anything like the iSMM (which by all accounts it is) then MP4 video support is a kind of hidden extra if you rename extensions and failing that you can probably remux it into avi just as easily. http://gbatemp.net/topic/318747-mkv-videos/ has some more on the concept and how to handle it. You might end up having to convert (especially if the MP4 houses H264 video) but I still would not do it to anything made by Real.
