I just bought a new 3DS XL and before I did a system transfer for DSiWareHax, I removed the NNID of my old 3DS XL (because it was banned). When I finished the transfer, my new 3DS XL now gets 002 error when I try to make a new NNID for that device. I also lost all of my legitimate games and the DSiware I needed. I don't know what to do...

I'm doing DSiWareHax in the first place because the game card slot on this new 3DS isn't working so NTRBootHax is no go.

Now it's like I have two banned consoles and there's no way to remove this stupid error.

002? That shouldn't have happened as a result of a transfer to my knowledge. The only way to restore online functions now would be to find a valid seed

System Transfer gave the new 3DS XL the console ban for some reason.

I can access eShop, but the console is banned from putting new NNIDs on it now just like my o3DS. Earlier in the thread Joom's video shows going into NNID settings and being blocked from creating a new ID. That's the problem both of my consoles now have.

Both are console ID banned, then. And no, you can't (reliably) use a CTCert from a different model. Doing so produces update nags, and the eShop is inaccessible. NIM has to be patched, which isn't done anymore (by Luma at least) because it breaks things.
