The problem is the left power rail.
Likely a 3rd party controller will also not charge with the left power rail.
A new one is about $10 even on Amazon.
This is a simple repair so a repair shop won't charge much (but do ask in advance about the cost).
If it doesn't bother you charging you left joycon in the right rail once in a while,
then you could just leave it like this.
