Homebrew Console crashes when running .3dsx after installing boot9strap

Hey there,

I just upgraded from A9LH+LumaCFW to boot9strap + LumaCFW using this guide. Everything seemed to work except that I am not able to run any .3dsx files from my hbl. I installed the hbl cia to the home menu back when I still was on A9LH. CIAs run as excepted but whenevery I start a .3dsx, I get an exception screen (see screenshot). I tried multiple .3dsx files. It happens to well known apps like ftpd just as it happens to my own apps.

Does anybody know what's going on here? If needed, I can post the dump as well.
