OKAY, so for my Birthday i'm getting shipped a Sansa e280r, Used obviously, and I was really wondering does the 200r series have the capabilities of v1 or v2 e200s?

    I have the website here: http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/193/sno/0 ...

But it doesn't state whether it is similar to v1 or v2. anyone care to shed some light on the subject?

Rockbox > Sansa firmware in terms of the sheer number of features (and games and plugins, even a GB/C emulator), and that model's fully rockboxable.

I have an e200 v1, 2GB, plus a 1 gig microsd, kinda sucks no SDHC, but other than that, it rocks. Haven't watched movies on it since I got my DSTT though, the screen is just too small after watching stuff on the DS.
