Just go to ps3xploit.com on your ps3,flash writer,write flash from hdd and follow the instructions from there.Flashing the hex file is very easy and you dont even need a usb for this method.Just make the hdd flashing page your home page.

If you're going to be using CFW I would remove your PSN account from the system. I created a second PSN account, followed guides to stay safe online and an hour after I first logged into PSN using CFW (using the tools via the proper methods) I was banned. I would not advise using your main PSN account as you will probably lose all of your stuff.

Yes I will remove the legit psn account from my ps3... but my fear is that they can detect the second I ran that NAND/NOR FLASH WRITER v1.0
Like I said... as soon as I rebooted the system, I made sure to log out of the internet, its been a few hours and no ban yet tho
