ROM Hack Confused about different hacks.

Well, part 1 did not work. I did everything correctly, and when restarting, i hold down ''down'' and it just rebooted my sysnand. (Given, i removed the Rxtools.dat, but still)

Ok, i feel like this is getting confusing. I Currently have RXTools on my 3DS, and no Menu hax (Or well, i do now) What i want is: Replace RXTools with Luma3DS. And have Luma3DS boot when i start up the 3DS

Do i:

-Extract my RXTools's EmuNAND? (So that there is no EmuNAND left on the 3DS)
How do i exactly install Luma3DS? (I am on 9.0.20E)

-If i do extract EmuNAND, can i import it back once Luma is installed? (Due to saves and Content)
