Hacking configurable usb loader

configurable usb loader was working untill hard dive died

now i have a new hard drive, can get games on easy
can get games to run easy

but when i update covers /title/ or anything it says cant ont open usb/themes/
so it will not save any thing

will i have to redo the the usb loader
