@hellboy2010 I want that too. What do I need to do? Are there any tutorials? Any links? What do I need to search for? Any keywords please.

afaik that's only needed for sneek, for DML only it should be enough to have like sd:/games/gameid/game.iso.

Just wondering... what exactly are the changes/additions to the new CFG Loader mod?
I noticed it can read GC games. Anything else?

Support to load games from this directory:
fat1:\\wbfs\"TitleID"\"TitleID".wbfs

As I use my backups with Sneek2o+Di as well. It's supported with Wii Backup Manager, but not with any version of CFG USB Loader as they don't show up on the game selection screen.

Edit: I could use a different directory (if needed), what is the list of the ones which are currently supported?

How is that an addition? It's used that for like 2 years (or whenever FAT32 support was added).

Well... My partition size is 32GB (FAT32) and is set as an Active Partition.

/wbfs folder is in the right place on the root of my partition, but they don't show at all. :/

Edit:
Taken from Introduction Post said:
Q: I have copied the .iso/.wbfs files to
my usb drive but the loader doesn't see
them?

A: The files have to be copied to the \wbfs
folder on the FAT/NTFS partition.
These filename layouts are supported:
x:\wbfs\GAMEID.wbfs
x:\wbfs\Title
[GAMEID].wbfs
x:\wbfs\Title
[GAMEID]\GAMEID.wbfs
x:\wbfs\GAMEID_Title
\GAMEID.wbfs
Same for .iso:
x:\wbfs\GAMEID.iso
x:\wbfs\Title
[GAMEID].iso
x:\wbfs\Title
[GAMEID]\GAMEID.iso
x:\wbfs\GAMEID_Title
\GAMEID.iso

If I'm not mistaken, FIX94 can modify CFG Loader?

The other day I used WiiGSC to create a shortcut to a game I usually hide. As long as the game is not hidden, the shortcut works perfectly. But when the game is hidden, it is not found by cfg usb loader.

Could you modify cfg usb loader to not hide the game which is given on the commandline as the direct launch game?

I THINK it should be possible by simply adding a check in cfg.c, function bool is_in_hide_list If you first check whether game->id equals CFG.launch_discid and if so, return false, than it should be done.

I'm not sure whether or not CFG.launch_discid is already set at that point in time, but I also cannot check as I have absolutely no idea how to set up my MacBook for compiling cfg usb loader.

Many thanks for thinking about it!

@R2-D2199 + FIX94: Good work!

I suggest that R2-D2199 creates a new thread "Configurable USB Loader - mod" with an always up to date first summary post. This helps also to distinguish support for both variants.

I second that.

I just got Deal or No Deal - The Banker Is Back [RLAPMR]. As you can tell it is a PAL Game, but I'm playing it on an NTSC system.
When I leave the console set to system default I get and Invalid format on my TV. When I force it to NTSC I get no image, but the audio plays fine.

I can't figure out the correct settings ot combination of settings to get this to play on my NTSC Wii and TV.

I ripped my copy of RE CVX.As you know, this is a 2-disc game. The weird thing is that after converting each disc separately with latest Disc-Ex,it created one folder for each disc (GCDP08 and GCDP082).I put these two folders in sd:/games/ but after starting Cfg it appears that it recognizes only the first disc ( GCDP08).Is it normal or there is a specific way to rename the second disc?

P.S I tested it with Wiiflow also and it appears that there is no problem at all...
