Hacking Configurable USB Loader Problem

Hi, I have a problem with Configurable USB Loader and I was hoping somebody might know a bit more about it than I do!

Currently I it installed on a 4.2e Wii, modded with ModMii.

I have the configurable usb loader from that and I even installed the alternative one and it is giving me the same problem.

The problem is, every time I start of the loaders, it starts to come on but then the wii resets to system menu. Any ideas why that would be?

It's probably something simple, I know, but I have very little experience in this field so if anybody can help, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I just discovered, it will work from the homebrew channel but I want to load it from the Configurable USB Loader channel that is there when I turn on the wii, how do I do that?

I downloaded that boot.dol and loaded it in homebrew channel but it didn't do anything, only a black screen ?
