ROM Hack Concerning the new cheat file

Hi the new cheat file posted on gbatemp has a fix for the new pokemon g/s. When you go to the cheat area under misc code it says black screen fix. Although it does not work for my r4 and see no improvement. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it?

That cheat is for no$gba.It unfortunately doesnt work on anything besides the emulator
