ive used limerain with my ipod touch 4g and it worked

Limera1n now deletes itself from your springboard, but install cydia first as it will uninstall as soon as you press the now new delete button

cannot uplaod images as they are too large

Limera1n worked on my iPad. Although the Limera1n app itself was a little messed up, it did its job, and Cydia appeared after a reboot.

You should be fine, but quite a few people have labeled limera1n unstable (no news on beta 4's stability though). I can't comment on the limera1n stability issue since I've never used it, but ifish and Scott-105 reported success.

Looks like it needs to run as if it were an iPhone app and not an iPad app.

had to restart it after installing cydia tho.

Tried it on my iPod touch 3g 4.1, worked, and like many others, I had to respring before seeing Cydia.

Limera1in worked on my 32GB 3rd gen aswell worked fine for me

@idontcare25: You're obviously new to the Apple jailbreaking scene.
All 3rd generation iPod touches are mc models. But the true third generation ones are the 32 and 64gb versions since their internals are different (faster). The 8gb version is actually a 2g MC model., whereas a "real" 2g iPod touch is an mb model. Limera1n doesn't currently support 2g mc models. On top of all this, I have also tested limera1n on a 3rd gen 32gb iPod touch (aka real 3rd gen) on 4.1, and it works.

By the way, limera1n rc1 is out of beta, but still no mc 2g support.

Greenpois0n has also been released for devices above ipod touch 2nd gen & iphone 3G. Apple tv will be added soon

^ Ipod touch 2g (MC) isn't supported yet, but will be soon, along with, as you said, the Apple TV.

EDIT: Tried greenpois0n on my iPad, it works fine.
