Compiling SM64-Port WiiU

I'm trying to compile the sm64-port, but I have no idea what's causing this error:

I've tried chmod -R 777 sm64-port, and that didn't help. I have this same problem with the ps4 port. I'm not sure which file it's referring to. hexdump--there's no such file. I would run it again, but I think it skips over this error, at least it does with the ps4, which is likely to make the end file corrupted. @GaryOderNichts ?

do a whereis hexdump and chmod +x that path
I figured out the problem. it was trying to use the hexdump.exe file from devkitpro on the C drive, not linux. success:

I had to install this: sudo apt-get install -y bsdmainutils there's no mention of it for the wiiu build. I'm going to see if it now works with the ps4 build.
