Hacking Command line WBFS tool

I know there may be nicer GUIs out there, but I started this before they were released since I started it I might as well finish it so here it is
This is command line and it's not pretty, but it's efficient and it works

wbfs_tool v03

Supports batch copying ISOs to drive (Thanks to Renaldo225 for method)
wbfs_win.exe is included in the file so you don't need it in the same folder

Credits to gibbed for wbfs_win.exe

(Removed choice cmd command since people were having problems)
