Gaming Colors! 3-D Bug

It's becoming a real hassle when using the gallery in the app, If I scroll down too fast when some thumbnails are loading or somtimes when submitting a large comment and then waiting for it to refresh it'll crash completely, sometimes giving me a weird error screen or sometimes not at all. It could be the DNS settings for my internet but I cant change them atm, I really would like to know if others have the same problem and if theres a solution?

I haven't gotten an error message like that but it did freeze once. It seems like they should've taken more time managing how the 3DS manages all the data and stuff. At least in the gallery that lagness can be annoying. (I had to power off my 3DS... Nothing worked but the depth slider. )
